Do you miss K3G or KKHH? so this is the same formula, but properly adjusted to the current times!!!. It’s called Rocky Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
Ranveer Singh is so damn funny and Alia Bhatt makes the role of Rani quite loveable. The acting of the leading pair was amazing, a little imbalance could have made their characters so as loud and over opinionated, but they hit the chords just right. Supporting cast was also commendable in their job.
Without giving spoilers, the movie has another love story in it. Music and dancing was top notch. Especially the Kathak performance. The cinematography is above & beyond. Karan Johar is back to the director’s chair after so long, but not at all rustic. He is bringing the old drama back. But while breaking a lot of stereotypes indeed. It is a request, don’t be in a hurry, watch thhe song Kudmayi before you leave.
This Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaniis definitely a must watch, perfect romantic comedy to enjoy this weekend and it will definitely make reruns at your television, in the near future.
